196.612. The state milk board may contract with the UnitedStates Department of Agriculture regarding the inspection ofmanufacturing milk plants, the grading of product, or both. Feespaid to the board from the department for inspection or gradingservices are to be set forth by contractual agreement and paidaccording to the board's performance of the required inspectionsas stipulated by the Federal Register guidelines.
