Violation a misdemeanor--penalty.

196.730. Any person who violates any of the provisions ofsection 196.725 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon convictionthereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than fiftydollars nor more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment inthe county jail for a term of not less than sixty days nor morethan one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
