196.953. In addition to the remedies provided in sections196.931 through 196.953, or by law, the attorney general of thestate or the prosecuting attorney of any county in which aviolation of any provisions of sections 196.931 through 196.953occurs is authorized to apply to any court of competentjurisdiction for, and the court shall have jurisdiction uponhearing and for cause shown to grant, a temporary or permanentinjunction to restrain any person, partnership, corporation, orassociation from violating any provisions of sections 196.931through 196.953.
