License to issue, when--annual renewal--not transferable.

197.060. 1. Upon receipt of an application for a license, thedepartment of health and senior services shall issue a license if theapplicant and hospital facilities meet the requirements established under thislaw. A license, unless sooner suspended or revoked, shall be renewableannually upon receipt of an application for a license and the license fee fromthe licensee and approval by the department of health and senior services.

2. Each license shall be issued only for the premises and persons orgovernmental units named in the application, and shall not be transferable orassignable except with the written approval of the department of health andsenior services. Licenses shall be posted in a conspicuous place on thelicensed premises.
