Complaints, grounds, review.

197.268. The department shall receive, process, and disposeof complaints against a hospice. Any person may complain of anysuspected abuse, neglect, or misappropriation by a hospice oremployee of a hospice. The department shall make rules providingfor the processing of such complaints.
