In-home health care providers, transfer of assets or bequests,rebuttable presumption of undue influence, when.

197.480. There shall be a rebuttable presumption of undue influence forany transfer of assets or bequest or devise to the benefit of any in-homehealth care provider who is not related to the grantor within the third degreeof consanguinity. Such presumption shall not apply to reasonable payments forservices rendered nor to transfers of less than five percent of the assets ofthe grantor.
