198.055. A facility may provide accommodations, board,health care or treatment, or personal services for residentsplaced through the department of mental health. Inspections madepursuant to provisions of sections 198.003 to 198.096 shall alsoserve as the inspections required under the provisions of chapter630, RSMo, except for inspections and visits to determineappropriateness of resident placement, to develop and reviewtreatment plans, and to monitor the conditions and status ofresidents.
