Department to maintain facility compliance records.

198.077. For any residential care facility, assisted living facility,intermediate care facility or skilled nursing facility, if the department ofsocial services maintains records of site inspections and violations ofstatutes, rules, or the terms or conditions of any license issued to suchfacility, the department shall also maintain records of compliance with suchstatutes, rules, or terms or conditions of any license, and shall specificallyrecord in such records any actions taken by the facility that are above andbeyond what is minimally required for compliance.
