199.007. The Missouri head injury advisory council, createdby section 192.745, RSMo, shall act as the advisory body to thedivision and the division director. Any power or function of thedivision requiring planning activities shall be undertaken withthe direct input and cooperation of the advisory council. Thedivision shall not undertake or duplicate any activity orfunction of the council under the provisions of section 192.745,RSMo.
