Charges to be at rate recommended by advisory board, exception.

204.440. The board of trustees shall impose, charge andcollect a reasonable charge from the sewer districts andmunicipalities, based upon sewage discharge as shown by meteringsuch flows, the volume of water used by the residential,commercial, and industrial establishments' customers within thecorporate limits of such district or municipality, or otherequitable measure. Such charges shall be fixed at such rate orrates as are recommended to the board of trustees by the advisoryboard; except that such rates shall ensure that the rates fixedwill provide sufficient revenues for the operation andmaintenance of the system and the payment of principal andinterest on all outstanding revenue bonds as provided in sections204.250 to 204.470.
