Reorganization permitted, when.

204.600. Any common sewer district organized and existing undersections 204.250 to 204.270, and any sewer district organized and existingunder chapter 249, RSMo, may be converted to a reorganized common sewerdistrict under the provisions of sections 204.600 to 204.640. In addition,a reorganized common sewer district may be established as provided insections 204.600 to 204.640. Once established, a reorganized common sewerdistrict shall have all powers and authority of and applicable to a commonsewer district organized and existing under sections 204.250 to 204.270 andapplicable to a sewer district established under chapter 249, RSMo, whichare not inconsistent or in conflict with sections 204.600 to 204.640,provided that no domestic water services shall be provided within theboundaries of an existing public water supply district or within thecertificated area of a water corporation as defined in section 386.020,RSMo.
