204.638. The board of trustees of the reorganized common sewerdistrict may apply for and accept grants or funds and material or laborfrom the state and federal government in the construction of a seweragesystem, as provided by sections 204.600 to 204.640, and may enter into suchagreements as may be required of the state or federal laws, or the rulesand regulations of any federal or state department, to which theapplication is made, and where the assistance is granted.
