Inapplicability.

204.674. The provisions of sections 204.600 to 204.672 shall notapply to the provisions in section 204.472, any city not within a countyand any county with a charter form of government and with more than onemillion inhabitants, any sewer district created and organized underconstitutional authority, any sewer district located in any county with acharter form of government and with more than six hundred thousand butfewer than seven hundred thousand inhabitants that provides wholesale sewerservice.
