Members shall elect officers, adopt bylaws--quorum.

205.490. The members of said board shall meet at some placeto be agreed upon by the trustees appointed within ten days aftertheir appointments have been made and organize by electing one oftheir members president, and one vice president, a treasurer anda secretary which position they shall hold for two years. Theyshall elect such other officers as they deem necessary. Theyshall make and adopt such bylaws, rules and regulations for themanagement of such hospitals and the admission and discharge ofpatients as they shall deem expedient. A majority of the boardshall constitute a quorum for business.
