Bequests and donations accepted by trustees.

205.540. Any person making bequests or donations to suchhospital shall have the right to vest the title to the realestate or personal property so bequeathed or donated in the boardand to be held and controlled by said board, and to all suchproperty the board shall be held to be special trustees.
