Accounts examined by commission--penalty.

205.730. It shall be the duty of the superintendent toappear before the county commission on the first day of everyregular session thereof, and at such other times as thecommission may require, and present said book to said commissionfor their inspection. Should the superintendent fail or refuseto keep such book and present the same to the county commission,as provided in sections 205.580 to 205.760, it shall beconsidered sufficient cause for his removal, and it shall be theduty of the county commission to remove the same, and appointanother to fill the vacancy.
