Superintendent to give bond.

205.750. Every superintendent, before entering upon hisduties, shall enter into a bond to the state of Missouri in a sumnot less than five hundred nor more than three thousand dollars,to be determined by the county commission, conditioned that hewill faithfully account for all money belonging to the countythat shall come into his hands, and that he will exercise duediligence and care over property belonging to the county, underhis control. Said bond shall be approved by the countycommission and filed with the clerk thereof.
