207.023. The division of family services within thedepartment of social services, with input from the Missouricommunity service commission created in sections 26.600 to26.614, RSMo, shall promulgate rules providing standards andprocedures for community service participation by personsreceiving services from the division of family services. Inorder to be eligible to receive services from the division offamily services, a person shall satisfy the requirements of therules promulgated under this section regarding community serviceparticipation.
