208.140. Every grant, aid, pension or assistance under theprovisions of this law shall be deemed to be granted and shall beheld subject to the provisions of any amendment or repealing lawthat may hereafter be passed, and no recipient under this lawshall have any claim for compensation or otherwise by reason ofhis assistance being changed, affected, or discontinued by suchamending or repealing law or laws.
