208.190. The division of family services is hereby directed to complywith the provisions of any act of congress providing for the distribution andexpenditure of funds of the United States appropriated by congress for SocialSecurity benefits, and to comply with any and all rules and regulationsattached to or made a part of such appropriation act and not inconsistent withthe constitution and laws of Missouri.
