Definitions.

208.250. The following words shall have the following meanings unless adifferent meaning clearly appears from the context:

(1) "Corporation" means a domestic not-for-profit corporation organizedunder the provisions of chapter 355, RSMo;

(2) "Department" means the Missouri department of transportation;

(3) "Director" means the director of the Missouri department oftransportation.
