208.341. 1. The department of elementary and secondaryeducation shall offer, upon request, to all schools the"Postponing Sexual Involvement Program".
2. The department of social services shall establish oneadditional location for the program known as "QUEST". Thedepartment of social services shall offer to schools, uponrequest, the "Rites of Passage Program".
