208.507. The division of family services shall make such applicationas necessary to receive federal waiver(s) and shall promulgate rules andregulations necessary to implement the provisions of sections 208.500 to208.507. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority ofthis section shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuantto the provisions of section 536.024, RSMo.
