Definitions.

208.530. As used in sections 208.530 to 208.535, the following termsshall mean:

(1) "Commission", the commission on the special health, psychologicaland social needs of minority older individuals established in section208.533;

(2) "Minority older individual", an individual who is sixty years ofage or older and a member of a racial minority group;

(3) "Racial minority group":

(a) Blacks or African Americans;

(b) Native Americans;

(d) Asian Americans; and

(e) Other similar racial minority groups.
