208.630. The coordinating council on special transportationcreated in section 208.275 shall, in cooperation with thedepartment of social services, coordinate existing transportationreports for Missouri's elderly and persons with disabilities.Such reports shall be compiled as one comprehensive plan to meetthe special transportation needs of the elderly and persons withdisabilities. The plan shall contain a strategy forimplementation and recommendations for funding. The plan shallbe delivered to the governor, the president pro tem of thesenate, and the speaker of the house of representatives bySeptember 1, 1995.
