Revision of eligibility requirements for uninsured women's healthprogram.

208.659. The MO HealthNet division shall revise the eligibilityrequirements for the uninsured women's health program, as established in 13CSR Section 70-4.090, to include women who are at least eighteen years ofage and with a net family income of at or below one hundred eighty-fivepercent of the federal poverty level. In order to be eligible for suchprogram, the applicant shall not have assets in excess of two hundred andfifty thousand dollars, nor shall the applicant have access toemployer-sponsored health insurance. Such change in eligibilityrequirements shall not result in any change in services provided under theprogram.
