208.698. The issuers of qualified long-term care partnership policiesin this state shall provide regular reports to both the Secretary of theDepartment of Health and Human Services in accordance with federal law andregulations and to the department of social services and the department ofinsurance, financial institutions and professional registration as providedin Section 6021 of the Federal Deficit Reduction Act of 2005.
