208.871. Severability.
If any section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, or clauseof sections 208.850 to 208.871 is held to be invalid or unconstitutional, suchdecision shall not affect any remaining portion, section, or part thereofwhich can be given effect without the invalid provision.
