Division of family services to keep blind pension roll.

209.100. The division of family services shall place thenames of all persons certified by it for a pension under sections209.010 to 209.160 upon a record to be kept in its office to beknown as "The Blind Pension Roll" which shall contain also theresidence, post-office address, date upon which the applicationfor pension was filed with the judge of probate division of thecircuit court or division of family services, and the date thecertificate was received by the division of family services; andthe name of any person appearing upon the said blind pension rollshall be prima facie evidence of the right of such person to thepension herein provided.
