Noncompliance a misdemeanor--penalty.

210.060. Any licensed physician, midwife, registered nurseand all persons who may undertake, in a professional way, theobstetrical and gynecological care of pregnant women in the stateof Missouri, who shall publish in any manner not required by lawthe result of said blood tests, or who, if a blood test is made,fails to follow the provisions of sections 210.030 to 210.060 orwho misrepresents the facts required to be reported in saidsections, shall, on conviction, be adjudged guilty of amisdemeanor, and be punished by imprisonment in the county jailnot exceeding one year, or by a fine of not more than onethousand dollars, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
