Child care provided on elementary and secondary school property mustcomply with child-care licensure provisions.

210.275. Any program licensed by the department of health and seniorservices pursuant to this chapter providing child care to school-agechildren that is located and operated on elementary or secondary schoolproperty shall comply with the child-care licensure provisions in thischapter; except that, for safety, health and fire purposes, all buildingsand premises for any such programs shall be deemed to be in compliance withthe child-care licensure provisions in this chapter.
