210.511. The division shall offer technical assistance orconsultation to assist applicants for licensure, licensees, andholders of provisional licenses in meeting license requirements,staff qualifications, and other aspects involving the operationof a foster home, residential care facility, or child placingagency, and to assist in the achievement of programs ofexcellence related to the care of children being served.
