Foster care and adoption assistance under federal Social SecurityAct, amendments to plan and waivers to be submitted.

210.535. The department of social services shall:

(1) Submit amendments to state plans and seek available waivers fromthe federal Department of Health and Human Services to enhance federalreimbursement and federal administrative reimbursement for foster care andadoption assistance under Title IV-E of the Social Security Act and TitleXIX of the Social Security Act; and

(2) Take the necessary steps to qualify the state for receipt of anyfederal block grant moneys which are or will be available for foster careand adoption assistance.
