Costs.

210.842. The court may enter judgment in the amount of the reasonablefees for counsel, experts, the child's guardian ad litem and other costs ofthe action and pretrial proceedings, including blood tests, to be paid bythe parties in such proportions and at such times as determined by thecourt, except that:

(1) No fees or costs shall be assessed to an indigent party as acondition precedent to blood tests; and

(2) No such costs, other than the costs of blood tests and any otherfees or charges assessed pursuant to subsection 4 of section 210.834, shallbe assessed to the state of Missouri or a political subdivision thereof.
