Annual report, when, contents.

210.927. The department of health and senior services shall make anannual report, no later than July first of each year, to the speaker of thehouse of representatives and the president pro tem of the senate on theoperation of the family care safety registry and toll-free telephoneservice, including data on the number of information requests received fromthe public, identification of any barriers encountered in administering theprovisions of sections 210.900 to 210.936, recommendations for removing orminimizing the barriers so identified, and any recommendations forimproving the delivery of information on child-care, elder-care, mentalhealth, and personal-care workers to the public.
