211.487. 1. Sections 211.442 to 211.487 apply to allproceedings commenced on or after September 28, 1985.
2. In any action for termination of parental rights pendingprior to September 28, 1985, the law in effect at the time of thefiling of the petition for termination of parental rights shallgovern the hearing on such petition and any appeal therefrom.
