Indian cemeteries, how established--trust fund authorized.

214.450. Any native American group which is comprised ofpersons who are members of an Indian organization recognized bythe United States pursuant to P.L. 93-638; 95-608, which desiresto secure a tribal or group burial ground or cemetery on landsowned by such group or tribe may designate any quantity of thatland for that purpose, and such grounds shall be established,maintained, and held in perpetuity as burial grounds orcemeteries for the use and benefit of the descendents of thegroup or tribe making such a designation. Such group shall notbe required to convey title to such lands to the countycommission to be held in trust pursuant to section 214.090.Such group may establish a trust fund for the benefit of suchcemeteries or burial grounds pursuant to section 214.140.
