Audit, copies, who shall receive.

215.240. The commission shall cause an annual audit to bemade by an independent certified public accountant of its books,accounts, and records, with respect to its receipts,disbursements, contracts, mortgages, leases, assignments, loansand all other matters relating to its financial operations,including those of the housing development fund. The personperforming such audit shall furnish copies of the audit report tothe state auditor, where they shall be placed on file and madeavailable for inspection by the general public. The personperforming such audit shall also furnish copies of the auditreport to the governor, the speaker of the house ofrepresentatives, the president of the senate and the majority andminority leaders of both houses.
