215.261. The "State Commission on Regulatory Barriers toAffordable Housing" is hereby created. The commission shallidentify federal, state and local regulatory barriers toaffordable housing and recommend means to eliminate suchbarriers. The commission shall report its findings, conclusionsand recommendations in a report to be filed no later than August31, 1995, and August thirty-first of each year thereafter, withthe speaker of the house of representatives, the president protempore of the senate and the governor. The commission may alsoprovide a copy of its report to any unit of federal, state orlocal government.
