215.318. 1. The provisions of any agreement to grantadditional subsidies to an owner shall supersede any municipal orcounty ordinance covering the same subject matter.
2. Nothing contained in sections 215.300 to 215.318 shall beconstrued to require an owner to enter into any agreementsreferred to in such sections or to accept subsidies set out inthese sections.
