Examination of new prisoners--identification data recorded.

217.310. 1. On delivery of the offender to the receptionand diagnostic center, he shall be examined by a licensedphysician.

2. The offender's committed name, race, height, apparent andalleged age, place of nativity, trade, complexion, and color ofhis hair and eyes shall be accurately recorded, together withsuch other natural or accidental marks or peculiarities offeature or appearance as may serve to identify the offender.
