System of identification, department to establish.

217.315. Any person convicted of a felony, which shall notbe set aside or reversed, may be subjected to an identificationprocedure adopted by the department. Such force may be used asnecessary to the effectual carrying out and application of suchmeasurements, processes and operations; and other results thereofmay be published for the purpose of affording information toofficers and others engaged in the execution or administration ofthe law.
