Percent of offender's assets that may be used forreimbursement--limitation.

217.833. 1. Not more than ninety percent of the value of the assetsof the offender may be used for purposes of securing costs andreimbursement pursuant to the provisions of sections 217.825 to 217.841.

2. The amount of reimbursement sought from an offender shall not bein excess of the per capita cost for care for maintaining offenders in thestate correctional center in which the offender is housed for the period orperiods such offender is an offender in a state correctional center.
