Youth services products fund created for supplies of materialsused in making products sold by youth in custody of division ofyouth services.

219.023. Any products made by youth in a program or facilityestablished by the division of youth services pursuant to section 219.021which are suitable for sale may be offered for sale to the public by thedivision at a price not to exceed one hundred ten percent of the actualcost of supplies and materials used in making such products. Any proceedsreceived by the division from the sale of products pursuant to this sectionshall be deposited in the "Youth Services Products Fund" which is herebyestablished in the state treasury. Moneys in the fund shall be used solelyto replenish the supply of materials used in making such products.
