Contagious disease--certification of physician--order for removal.

221.130. Whenever the physician so employed shall certify tothe county commission, or to the commissioner thereof invacation, that any prisoner so confined is sick of any contagiousor infectious disorder, liable to be communicated to otherprisoners, such commission, or any two commissioners thereof invacation, may make an order directing the sheriff or marshal toremove such prisoner from such jail and provide for hissafekeeping elsewhere, until he can be recommitted to jailwithout endangering the health of other prisoners.
