Concurrent jurisdiction ceded to United States.

226.400. This state hereby cedes to the United Statesconcurrent jurisdiction to regulate use of such parkway areas andtraffic on such parkway road, to protect the areas and propertythereon belonging to the United States from damage, depredationor destruction, to operate and administer the areas and propertyof the United States embraced in said parkway as a nationalparkway, when consistent with the current uses of other federaldepartments through whose areas such parkway extends.
