227.308. The portion of highway H located within the county of thethird classification without a township form of government and with morethan fourteen thousand nine hundred but fewer than fifteen thousandinhabitants from the intersection of highway 72 to the intersection ofhighway DD shall be named the "Deputy Joann Barnes Memorial Highway". Thecosts for such designation shall be paid for by private donations.
