227.311. The portion of the Poplar Bluff bypass located in ButlerCounty from Highway 60 where it crosses over the Black River to Highway 67where it crosses Missouri Highway M shall be designated as the "VeteransMemorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect andmaintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs forsuch designation to be paid for by private donations.
