The portion of interstate highway 55, from mile marker 129to mile marker 135, contained within a county of the third classificationwithout a township form of government and with more than eighteen thousandone hundred but less than eighteen thousand two hundred inhabitants shallbe designated the "Trooper James Froemsdorf Memorial Highway".
