The portion of United States Highway 65 within a county ofthe first classification with more than thirty-nine thousand seven hundredbut less than thirty-nine thousand eight hundred inhabitants from Highway265 South to the border with the state of Arkansas shall be designated the"Trooper Jimmie Linegar Memorial Highway".
